Low- and Middle-Income Country (LMIC) Registration Rates
Participants residing in countries classified by the World Bank as Low-Income or Lower-Middle-Income Economies may be eligible for LMIC reduced registration rates.
Eligibility is based on the participant's country of residence. A list of eligible countries is available on the World Bank website: WDI - The World by Income and Region.
Eligible participants who meet the LMIC criteria will automatically be offered the applicable reduced registration category during registration.
Please note that eligibility may be subject to verification, and registrants may be asked to provide supporting information if required.

Technical Tour Selection
Registered delegates will have the opportunity to select a technical tour during the registration process. Tour options will be displayed based on current availability. If no tours are shown, this means all available tours have reached capacity.
All technical tours will be offered in English. During registration, delegates may indicate whether they require translation for their selected tour. Available translation options include French and Spanish.
If you have any accessibility requirements related to your tour selection, please provide the relevant details during registration so the team can review your needs.
Please note that technical tours have limited capacity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you are no longer able to attend your selected tour, please update your registration in advance so the space can be made available to another participant. Participants who do not attend their selected tour and do not cancel in advance may be charged a no-show fee of 50 EUR.
Visa Invitation Letter
You can request a visa invitation letter on the registration form. You must register and pay in full for a visa invitation letter to be issued. Our events logistics team will send a list of registered, and cancelled delegates, to the IRCC to validate visa applications.
Please note that visa denials or delays do not qualify for exceptions to the cancellation policy. We recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials.
While the WRC 2027 logistics team is here to support registered delegates, please note that we cannot influence the processing times of Canadian embassies worldwide.

A confirmation notice detailing your registration will be sent to you immediately upon completion of this registration form. If you do not receive this confirmation within 24 hours, please contact WRC2027@mci-agency.com.

Early Bird registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM PT on June 23, 2027. If your registration remains unpaid on June 30, 2027, your early bird registrations will be updated to the Regular Registration fee.

Regular registrations will be accepted until 11:59 PM PT on September 14, 2027. If your registration remains unpaid on September 21, 2027, your Regular registrations will be updated to the Onsite Registration fee.

No badge will be provided until full payment of all outstanding invoices is received.

WRC 2027 or its agents will be filming, photographing, or recording sound throughout the conference. By agreeing registering to attend the conference WRC 2027, you consent to being filmed, photographed, or recorded at during the conference.

By registering to WRC 2027 you agree to abide by the following Code of Conduct.

It is recommended that registrants obtain adequate travel, health and accident insurance before departing from their respective country of residence.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations received before 11:59 PM PT on June 23, 2027, will be refunded less a 50 EUR service charge.

Cancellations received after 11:59 PM PT on June 23, 2027, and no-shows are non-refundable.

Visa denials and delays do not qualify for refunds. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for visa delays or denials. All cancellations will strictly follow the above policies.
